Abstract:

Defines the standards for staffing and operational procedures, ensuring that staff recruitment, training, and supervision meet the agency's high standards. These policies include policies that dictate the agency's expectations regarding the suitability to work with children, staff development, and the importance of regular supervision and monitoring to maintain service quality.
