Anchoring Core Principles

Well-meaning overly restrictive rules can constrain exploration and healthy risk-taking, leading to abandonment of trauma and limiting the odds of overcoming through self-actualisation. when people see themselves in a positive light, value their own abilities, and are treated with dignity and respect, it helps ensure their well-being. This approach focuses on learning from experiences and opening up possibilities rather than dwelling on limitations and risks, which can prevent a feeling of helplessness.
